Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Request Procedure
We know that plans can change and if you considering cancellation of the tour, we recommend to submit the cancellation in written via the official email. The day we receive the written request will be considered as the official cancellation date.
2. Cancellation Charges
The cancellation charges depend on various factors including time remaining for the tour departure date. Certain charges may still apply or may be considered no refundable e.g. permits for trekking or missed flight.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Some services are non-refundable by default due to third-party supplier policies. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Airline tickets (if cancelled during the last hours of the tour).
- Hotel bookings (if cancelled during the last hours of the tour).
- Permits and entry fees (no refundable, as government departments have strict refundable policy).
- Missed flight.
4. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations made on the departure date may result in partial or no refund of the advance payment due to the third-party supplier policies.
5. Refund Processing
A certain amount will be applied to the advance payment when processing the refund. The percentage varies from 10% to 16%. The percentage of deduction depends on various factors such as, the third-party policies, administrative costs, supplier penalties, transaction or bank charges and already paid amount for acquiring any permits or fees from the government departments.
After deducting these charges, the amount will be transferred during the first 10-15 business days. Please note that refund timelines are dependent on the suppliers processing time and payment method as well.

6. Tour cancellation from our side.
We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures or safety concerns.
In such cases, no cancellation charges will be applied to the customer. Also, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative arrangements or future travel credits where possible.
