1. General Policy

At Your Travel Agency Name, we understand that travel plans can change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our refund and cancellation policy are designed to be transparent, fair, and to balance the needs of both our clients and the service providers we work with.

By booking any tour, trip, or travel-related service with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

2. Booking Cancellations

a. Cancellations by the Customer

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make the refund process as smooth and flexible as possible — especially as we grow and build trust with our valued clients.

If you cancel your booking, you are eligible for a 100% refund, minus a standard 8% service charge to cover administrative and processing costs.

Refund Breakdown:

  • ✅ 100% of the tour price refunded, minus 8% service charges
  • 🚫 Non-refundable costs (e.g., already-paid airline tickets, permits, or third-party fees) will be excluded from the refund

Note: Refund eligibility applies only to cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled trip departure.

b. Cancellations by Us

If we cancel a tour or booking due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, political unrest, minimum group size not met, etc.), we will offer:

  • A full refund of the amount paid, or
  • A credit/voucher for future travel with us

We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by you, such as airfare, visa fees, or accommodation booked independently.

3. Non-Refundable Deposits

Some trips may require a non-refundable deposit (e.g K2 base camp) to secure permits and other legal documents. This will be clearly communicated at the time of booking and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.

5 Changes to Bookings

If you wish to change your travel dates, we will try to accommodate your request based on availability. Fees may apply depending on the proximity to the original travel date and the policies of third-party vendors.

6 Force Majeure

We are not liable for refunds or compensation if we are unable to fulfill our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Political unrest
  • Pandemics/epidemics
  • Airline or transportation strikes
  • Acts of terrorism

In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule or offer a credit for future travel.


7. Travel Insurance


We highly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering, medical emergencies, natural disasters, and loss of belongings. This provides an additional layer of protection in cases where refunds are not available.
