There are many factors that directly affect the cost of Skardu trip package, of which the main reason is seasonality, as we see different hotel rates for different seasons. Summers are higher, whereas winter, spring, and autumn are the lowest.

Itinerary of Skardu travel packages.

Day 01 - Skardu tour package - Islamabad to Naran Valley. (253 km / 7 hours’ Drive).

The first day of the Skardu tour package starts with departure for Naran Valley which is located at an altitude of 2409 m. The road is paved but has occasionally rough conditions after the motorway. This road is only open from June to November.

The following valley lies alongside the way to Naran.

  • Explore the beautiful Balakot valley.
  • Visit Shogran Valley.
  • Drive to Kaghan and Naran Valley.
  • Night stay at Naran valley.

Day 02: Skardu tour package - Naran to Skardu Valley (356 km / 8-hour drive).

The second day of the Skardu trip starts from Naran. Along the way, travelers will enjoy the scenic views of Babusar Pass. This day of the Skardu tour package includes visits to the following tourist spots:

  • Drive to Lulusar Lake.
  • Explore the natural beauty of Babusar pass.
  • Witness the three-mountain junction point at Jaglot.
  • Further drive to Chilas Valley.
  • Experience the view of Majestic Nanga Parbat from Chilas.

Day 03: Skardu trip andsurrounding tour.

Day three of the Skardu trip is all about less travelling and more exploration. The tourist spots on day three are next to each other within a radius of 10-20 km. The altitude of Skardu Valley is 2,500 m.

  • Visit Shangrila Resort and the beautiful Lower Kachura Lake.
  • Explore Upper Kachura Lake.
  • Explore alpine Soq.
  • Visit Katpana Desert.
  • Hike to Karpochi Fort.
  • Night stay at Skardu.

Day 04: Shigar Valley (45 km / Drive time: 1.5 hours)

Shigar is one of the most beautiful valleys in Skardu and a must-visit region in the Skardu trip plan. This valley offers extraordinary sites to make the Skardu tour package memorable.

  • Start you day by visiting Blind Lake.
  • Drive to Sarfaranga Cold Desert.
  • Visit Serena Hotel and Shigar Fort.
  • Enjoy Jeep and paragliding at Sarfaranga.
  • Night stay at Shigar or Skardu.

Day 05: Deosai National Park (42 km / 3-hour drive time).

Deosai National Park is a high-altitude alpine plain in Skardu valley. It sits between Skardu District and Astore District, at an elevation of 4,114 meters. This plan offers the following spots:

  • Drive to Manthal Buddha (along the way).
  • Stop at Sadpara Lake.
  • Explore the Deosai Plateau.
  • Drive to Bara Pani.
  • Visit Sheosar lake, located at the top of Deosai.

Day 06: Return to Naran Valley (356 km / 8-hour drive).

The Skardu trip plan ends with a journey back to the Naran valley. This gives an opportunity to revisit the following locations.

  • Departure for Naran.
  • Drive to Babusar top.
  • Drive to Lulusar Lake.

Day 07: Islamabad City

On the last day of the Skardu sightseeing trip, the return journey from Naran to Islamabad is 6 hours long. We will conclude the journey by dropping our guest at their chosen destinations.
