  1. Gilgit Airport
  2. Skardu Airport

Gilgit Airport is closer to Hunza, with a drive time of about 2 hours, compared to 4 hour drive to Skardu Airport. However when it comes to flight availability and reliability, Skardu offers more flights with fewer cancellations, while Gilgit City Airport receives ATR plane flights which is subject to weather.
