Top Trekking Routes in Hunza Valley

Ultar Meadow trek.
Located just above Karimabad village, the Ultar trek offers the best view of the entire oasis below. The trail starts from Karimabad village. Following the trail just next to the water channel takes you to the lush green meadow of Ultar.
Bildihail trek.
If you’re a beginner trekker, the Baildihial trek is an ideal addition to your Hunza adventure tour. The trek starts from either Gulmit village or central Hunza. During this trek, one has to pass through the Attabad village, half of which, due to land drift in 2010, formed the Attabad Lake. After passing the village and trekking for 3 hours, the trail leads you to the Shepherd's Den located at the top of the meadow. Zerave Gulmit trek.
The Zerave Gulmit trek is also ideal for beginners to enhance your Hunza adventure tour. This is a one-day trek located just above the Gulmit village. The trek starts from Gulmit village and has a spectacular and very close view of the Gulmit glacier. The trekking is steep and rocky, but reaching the final destination makes us forget the exhausting trek.
Patundas Meadow Trek.
Patundas trek is the top-most beautiful adventure located in Upper Hunza, Gojal valley. The starting point of this trek is Borith zero point. The best part of this trek is crossing the Passu white glacier. Baskochi hike.
The starting point of the Baskochi hike is next to the Attabad Lake. The hike is 45 minutes long and takes you to the Baskochi meadows. Upon reaching the Baskochi viewpoint, the picturesque Attabad blue lake below makes you feel at peace.
Ondra Poyga hike.
Ondra Poyga, located in Gulmit village, is the longs stairs in Pakistan. To add more trails to the Hunza adventure tours, the community of Gulmit on self-basis constructed Ondra Poyga, to promote tourism in the region. The stairs take you to the ruins of Gulmit fort, called Ondra fort, which is the highest point in Gulmit village. The hike has a steep trail and is 1 hour long. What this hike has to offer is a 360 view of the region. You can enjoy the views of the famous Passu Cones, Attabad Lake, Shisper Peak, and the beautiful Gulmit village from the top.
Passu glacier hike
The Passu glacier hike starts from Borith village. This hike offers a stunning view of the Passu white glacier. Following the water channel for about 30 minutes, you reach close to the glacier. The viewpoint offers a great chance for photographers.
