The Thallay La Trek begins from the outskirts of Khaplu. The route ascends from Balti settlements towards Thallay Broque and Dubla Khan, where you can witness the seasonal lifestyles of the local shepherds. Passing through high grazing ground filled with wild flowers, the journey arrives at Thallay La, a high-altitude ridge and pass, a natural balcony with mesmerizing view of the Karakoram skylines before descending towards Shigar Valley.
